Toledo Humane Society offers the opportunity to sponsor kennels to support cats, dogs, puppies, kittens, or pocket pets.
In recognition of the donation, the organization will display a customized plaque on the sponsored kennel. Sponsors also will receive quarterly updates on the animals they are helping.
The Toledo Humane Society cares for nearly 5,000 animals each year and achieves a 93 percent save rate.
Sponsorships also are available in the orphaned kitten nursery. The donations will help provide vulnerable kittens with specialized care, medical attention and a nurturing environment until they are ready for foster homes or adoption.
If a kennel sponsorship isn’t possible right now, residents can still play a role in an animal’s life. With a simple donation, donors help provide meals and essential care for pets in need.
