The Waterville Rotary and Third Street Cigar will present their eighth annual Blues, Brews and Brats festival on Saturday, July 29, in downtown Waterville.
Opening the evening at 5:30 p.m. is Chris Canas, known as Detroit’s Prince of the Blue. The show will also feature Grammy nominated Dwayne Dopsie and the Zydeco Hellraisers, the Altered Five Blues Band and The Ghost Town Blues Band.
Tickets are available for $20 at the show. Proceeds go to Waterville Rotary, who just celebrated their 95th year as a Rotary Club and are working on Centennial projects for the community. The proceeds will also benefit local schools and the community through scholarships, AW Interact, rotary support at local food banks, the YMCA, Nature’s Nursery, and many other organizations and community projects.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs. Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the show.
