Looking to brighten an animal’s life this holiday season, but not ready for a lifetime commitment?
Toledo Humane Society’s (THS) Home for the Holidays Foster Program is seeking foster homes to care for a shelter pet or two starting December 23.
With the hope of offering love and attention to the animals, this is the largest foster event of the year for THS.
The organization is striving to offer every dog, cat, and even pocket pet the opportunity to spend the season in a warm, loving home.

Can’t foster but looking for ways to help? THS can use donations of cat carriers, large dog crates, litter pails (new and empty pails welcomed), fivegallon buckets with lids, toys for cats and dogs, treats and canned food for cats and dogs.
