Holland resident, Kathryn Buerk, earned summa cum laude honors from St. Ursula Academy. This level indicates a grade point average of 4.4 or higher, and is the highest academic award given to graduates of St. Ursula.
Kathryn was a member of the Ambassador Society and Diversity Advisory Committee, and also was named a National Commended Scholar by the College Board for her PSAT scores, one of the highest levels nationwide for the test.
She will attend the University of Georgia in the fall.
