SCHOOL NEWS
Book fairs are time-honored vehicles for promoting literacy and introducing students and their families to a variety of books, pencils, posters, bookmarks, etc. Book fairs give children a motivation to read by offering them a wide selection of books to choose from.
Our book fair took place the first week in November. Children were offered a wide selection of books at reasonable prices. The money raised will benefit students at our school. Thanks to the Crissey Parents Club for volunteering their time and effort to help with the book fair.
This time of year is a good time to reflect on all that we are thankful for. We appreciate the students and families, and the opportunities we have each and every day here at Crissey.
