Elementary Students Return
March 9 was the day many teachers, parents and students had been waiting for since March 2020. This day marked the return of all of our students at the elementary level (K-5 grades). Since the start of the 2020- 21 school year, students have been learning via Springfield’s remote and hybrid learning models, and all are anxious to return to the places where most learn best—their classrooms. Our faculty and staff at Crissey were so happy to see the full return of our students. Many students expressed joy and excitement to be back in school with the rest of their friends and classmates.
We will continue with our safety protocols, which include mask wearing and social distancing of at least three feet in the classrooms and cafeteria. Our main priority is to make sure our students feel safe while we continue to educate them. We appreciate the continued support from the Crissey and Springfield community.
