Each month, Crissey Elementary School recognizes students who have exemplified one of the traits of portrait of a Springfield graduate. The character trait that students focused on for the month of January was integrity. Throughout the month, the Crissey staff helped students understand the meaning of integrity. At the end of the month, all classroom teachers nominated one student from their class who they felt displayed qualities of this word.
