The Ohio Department of Children’s and Youth, Ohio Children’s Trust Fund and Mercy Health are collaborating to host a family fun day this Saturday, June 8.
The free event will be held at the Glass City Metropark, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Face painters, caricature artists, and magicians will be presented, along with Metroparks naturalists providing information on the local park system.
The first 220 attendees will receive access to a portable rock-climbing wall, dubbed the “Mercy Health FitPark Climb,” along with free lunch and access to skates or scooters for the Glass City Ribbon track.
The park is at 1505 Front Street.
