The Gathering of Quilters, founded in 1982, promotes the art and craft of quilt making.
The group meets at Holland Free Methodist Church, 6605 Angola Road, Holland, on the third Thursday of each month, September through May, at 7 p.m. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. (excluding December).

•September 18–Glen Fischer will speak about selecting color. He is from Mount Vernon, Ohio, and got into quilting during COVID. He will have a slide presentation. All are welcome.
•October 16–Elizabeth Bauman, why quilters are smart.
•November 20–Lisa Spaulding, how and why of longarming.
•January 15–Guild stash raffle.
•February 19–Lois Rawlings, scrappy T-shirts and more.
•March 19–Louise Harris, lessons learned from classes, quilts and tools I use to make them.
•April 16–Jenny Morlock, art quilter.
•May 21–Jackie and Terry, textile quilts, what is new.

Dues are $25 per year. Guest fee is $5 per month.
