Glass City Record Show returns to the Stranahan for final 2025 event

The Glass City Record Show, a long-standing Toledo tradition, returns on Sunday, November 9, with its final event of the 2025 season, at the Stranahan, 4645 Heatherdowns Boulevard. Nearly 40 vendors from six states will occupy 80 tables to sell a variety of music-related items. Customers can explore pre-loved LPs, new vinyl releases, 45s, CDs, cassettes, posters, vintage stereo equipment, concert T-shirts, record supplies and more.

Whether brand new to vinyl or a seasoned veteran, this is a can’t miss event for music fans.

“We are all music fans here, so there is no better feeling than seeing a customer walk away with their next favorite record,” Ohio native and event organizer Jeremy Bonfiglio said. “Our amazing roster of vendors brings quality music items for all budgets. Whether you are looking to build your collection with $5 classic titles or are looking for those rare out-of-print gems, there is always something for everyone.”

The Glass City Record Show, now in its 45th year and second under Bonfiglio’s direction, draws music enthusiasts of all ages. New this year is a concession window where customers can purchase snacks, soda, pizza and alcohol, and a landing area where customers can take a break from shopping to eat, share their purchases with friends and take in the show.

Key Highlights:

•All music genres are represented, with a strong emphasis on classic rock, modern pop, ‘80s, hard rock and metal, punk, jazz, blues, R&B, country and more.

•General admission begins at 10 a.m. and costs $2. Cash only.

•Door prize drawings will be held at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. for the chance to win $25 shopping certificates and record products from BCW Supplies, the event’s sponsor, based in Middletown, Indiana.

•BCW will give away free tote bags to the first 75 customers at the door.

•Glass City Record Show tote bags also will be for sale at the door for $10.

•Attendees are encouraged to bring cash, the preferred form of payment for all vendors. Select dealers may accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Zelle and Venmo. There is no ATM on site.

•The Stranahan, however, is a cashless venue, so cards or tap-to-pay must be used at the concession window.

•Mark your calendars: the Glass City Record Show returns in 2026. Show dates are February 8, May 17, August 9 and November 15.
