The Glass City Young Professionals meetup group will celebrate the fourth anniversary of the current iteration with an event at Forest View Lanes, 2345 West Dean Road, Temperance, Michigan, on Saturday, July 15, from 1 to 5 p.m.
Originally founded in 2010, the current leadership began in 2019 when David Zubenko took over as lead organizer. Since then other key leaders have included Kandis Rich, Christina Sigley and Kristin Harris. The group regularly holds events including trivia, bowling, game nights, outdoor activities and visits to restaurants and coffeehouses.
The goal of the group is to create a space for people to make friends and socialize. The anniversary celebration will feature bowling, beach volleyball, a cake and raffle prizes. RSVP at meetup.com/ glasscityyp/.
