Habitat for Humanity of Wood County will hold a home dedication ceremony and community celebration for a new home built for the Huber family at 1943 Owens Street, Northwood. The event will be held Wednesday, July 24, at 5 p.m., with Northwood Mayor Edward Schimmel as the guest speaker.
There will be a home tour and refreshments to celebrate this milestone for the family. The project was made possible by Wood County Habitat for Humanity’s corporate partners which include First Solar, FedEx, Northwind Group, Rosenboom, D. S. Brown and Adient. More than 2,000 volunteer hours were completed.
This is Habitat for Humanity of Wood County’s 54th home.
