Two Holland residents are among students at St. Ursula Academy who graduated summa cum laude recently. They are Kayla Dillon and Zoey Tan.
The summa cum laude level indicates a grade point average of 4.4 or higher and is the highest academic award given to graduates.
Kayla is the daughter of Jessica and Clifford Dillon. She will attend the University of Toledo, majoring in bioengineering in the baccalaureate 2 MD Pathway Program.
The daughter of James Tan and Amelia Soh, Zoey will attend the University of Michigan and major in biochemistry.
Both students previously attended Crissey Elementary School.
St. Ursula Academy, founded in 1854, is Toledo’s oldest, fully accredited, allfemale, Catholic college preparatory school serving grades six through 12.
