On February 16, a Wood County grand jury indicted several Holland residents.
Vince A. Watson, 28, Frankfort Road, Holland, was indicted on nine counts of importuning; five counts are third degree felonies, four counts are fifth degree felones; and one fifth degree felony of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.
The case has been assigned to Common Pleas Judge Molly Mack.
Andrew D. Burkhart, 21, Garden Road, Holland, was indicted on attempted burglary, a third degree felony; and using weapons while intoxicated, a misdemeanor of the first degree.
The case has been assigned to Common Pleas Judge Matthew Reger.
