Museum of Fulton County to host Christmas tea Nov. 30

A traditional Regency Christmas Tea will be held on Saturday, November 30, at noon, in the decorated lobby of the Museum of Fulton County.

The traditional English afternoon tea features holiday scones, finger sandwiches and desserts.

Set in the Regency time period, guests are encouraged to join in the fun by dressing in period clothing (not required).

Musicians will play holiday carols and a historical program will share stories of Vesta Phillip’s wedding, family and their hotel built on an Indian Trail east of Lyons.

Reservations and prepayment are required as seating is limited. Tickets are $30 and available for purchase online, at the museum, or by calling 419337-7922. Tickets are non-refundable.

The Museum of Fulton County, 8848 State Highway 108, across from the Fulton County Fairgrounds, is open Monday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
