Rounding out the summer festivities in Springfield Township will be Night on the Township to be held from 6 to 9 p.m., Friday, August 16, at Community Homecoming Park, 7807 Angola Road, Holland.
The evening will feature entertainment by the gazebo and a live concert by Phil Barone and the Cruisers. The group will perform a tribute to Jim Morrison and the Doors.
There also will be a selection of local food trucks serving some of the area’s favorite foods and for adults only, there will be a beer garden coordinated by the Holland Springfield Chamber of Commerce and casino tables managed by Full House.
Parking and admission are free. Night on the Township wraps up a series of summer events and promises to be an evening of fun, said event organizer Kristina White.
