As the bird flies, the distance between Otsego Park in Wood County and Bend View Metropark in Lucas County are not far apart, but to visit both parks requires crossing at either the Waterville or Grand Rapids bridges. This photograph of the rapids was taken at Otsego Park at the intersection of State Routes 65 and 235.
Notice the treehouse cabin nestled among the trees at Bend View Metropark. It is one of three rustic treehouse cabins available for rent. The image was captured Tuesday as dark clouds began to overtake the region.
