The Lucas County commissioners awarded a contract to Vernon Nagel, Inc. of Napoleon, for construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Salisbury and Holloway roads in Monclova Township.
The project is slated to begin Monday, July 8 resulting in closure of the intersection for 45 days.
During the closure the detour route will be:
•Salisbury Road–Albon from Salisbury to Maumee Western roads (U.S. Route 20A); Maumee Western from Albon to Briarfield Boulevard; Briarfield Boulevard from Maumee Western to Salisbury.
•Holloway Road–Garden from Holloway to Manley roads; Manley from Garden to Salisbury; Garden from Holloway to Albon; Albon from Garden to Salisbury.
