SHS Juniors to Take ACT Test

Yes, it is time for all members of the Springfield High School Junior Class to take the ACT. The testing will take place for students on Tuesday, March 9, in the school’s field house, gym and in specified classrooms. All students will be notified (starting February 16) of their testing location. To ensure all are in the right places at the right times, we are sharing that:

A-L juniors will report to their first hour classes (this is already one of their hybrid days)

M-Z juniors will report to the SHS cafeteria by 7:30 a.m.

SDA juniors will report to the SHS auditorium by 7:30 a.m.

Penta juniors will report to the SHS auditorium by 7:30 a.m.

Students testing in the field house and gym are to bring a packed lunch and place it under their seat to eat after testing or have the option to get a school lunch once testing is completed.

To be released after testing is completed, all M-Z, SDA and Penta students have been provided with a permission slip to have signed and returned to Mrs. Kieffer in the SHS main office. Should it be necessary to delay the start of the school day by two hours, the schedule will be adjusted accordingly.

Students should prioritize, eating a healthy breakfast before arriving at school.
