Yoga for Adults

This 60-minute yoga session will incorporate breath and gentle movement to focus on releasing tension from the body and channeling mental focus. Library card required for registration. RYT200 yoga instructor Courtney Wolfe will guide us through movement that will incorporate strength, balance and stability along with gentle stretching/flexibility. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat or beach towel and water.
