Road closures set for sanitary sewer line project

The Lucas County sanitary engineer’s office has contracted Crestline Paving and Excavating of Toledo, to construct a new sanitary sewer line.

Due to this construction there will be a road closure with each phase of work.

The first phase along Angola Road from King to Wentworth roads began on July 6 and is closed for 14 days.

During the closure period the detour route is King from Angola to Hill Avenue; Hill from King to McCord roads; McCord from Hill to Angola.

The intersection of Angola and King roads will be closed upon completion of the first phase for seven days.

During this closure the detour route will be Centennial Road from Angola to Hill; Hill from Centennial to McCord roads; McCord from Hill to Angola.

The last phase of construction will take place on Angola from Meadow Boulevard to King. The closure begins after the second portion of the project is complete

It will result in the road being closed for three days, and the detour will be Centennial from Angola to Hill; Hill from Centennial to King roads; King from Hill to Angola.
