The Ability Center will host a first-time event designed for families of all ages and abilities. Offered on Saturday, September 24, from 2 to 4 p.m., the free family fun day will feature bounce houses, bubbles, music, face painting, tree climbing, art activities, story time, snacks, a fire truck and more at the Ability Center’s campus, 5605 Monroe Street, Sylvania. The event is hosted in collaboration with community partners Toledo Lucas County Public Library, Metroparks Toledo, Imagination Station, Toledo Museum of Art and Toledo Zoo. A new service encouraging family growth through a network of support will be launched. Designed for children birth to 12, the program is a source of knowledge and connections.
