The Science Alliance for Valuing the Environment, INC., (S.A.V.E.) is a non-profit organization founded in 1990 as an educational consortium for environmental sustainability. As a part of their ongoing effort to support the environment and those who are passionate about taking care of it, S.A.V.E. is offering two scholarships for high school seniors in the amount of $500 each. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
•Be a graduating senior in northwest Ohio or southeast Michigan.
•Be enrolled in an accredited college or university for 2023.
•Have an educational plan to major in an environmental studies program, an environmental science program, or any course of study in which the environment and care for the Earth plays an integral part.
•Complete and submit the application and essay by the April 14 deadline.
•Applications will be accepted between February 3 and April 1, 2023.
