On April 25, Steve Mueller, an employee of Springfield Local Schools’ maintenance department, visited Dorr Elementary to look at the cafeteria’s dish tank.
Much to his surprise, he was met with a sign written on a white board which read “Today is hug a plumber day.”
“I was surrounded by hugging students,” he said, adding, “This hug made it all worthwhile.”
