After some discussion, Holland village council settled on a new motto to go with the train design they approved earlier this month.
At the May 21 meeting, council reviewed two slogans: “What Holland has been is nothing compared to what it will be!” and “On the right track.”
Councilman Mike Bettinger recommended going with the latter choice and council concurred, 4-0. Council members Nate Gaubert and Sandy Hensley were not present at the meeting.
