The Toledo Warehouse District Association will host Wander the Warehouse from noon to 4 p.m., Sunday, September, 15.
This annual walking tour offers participants a unique opportunity to delve behind the scenes of renovated or soon to be completed refurbished buildings, showcasing the district’s oldest and most historic landmarks.
Tickets are $15 per person and can be purchased in advance at toledowarehouse .org/events/2024/09/15/event s/wanderthewarehousedis trict/.
Tickets are available the day of the event at Grumpy’s Toledo parking lot, 38 South Huron Street (north corner of Huron and Lafayette streets) and Maumee Bay Brewing Company’s Thrift and Sip Event entrance, 201 Morris Street, near Maumee Bay Brewing Company Warehouse Event Center. This year’s tour will feature visits to the eight locations:
•Overmeyer/Commerce Paper Building 15 South Ontario Street;
•Barber Farris/Pink Building, 144 South Huron Street;
•Marck’s Residence, 123 South Huron Street;
•Apothecary Neighborhood Health Association, 12 North St. Clair Street;
•Okun Produce, 33 North Huron Street;
•Hotel Royal, 337 Broadway; •The Lofts on Jefferson, 715 Jefferson Avenue, and
•Burt’s Theater, 725 Jefferson Avenue. Wander the Warehouse is a self-guided walking tour and is not wheelchair accessible. No pets or beverages are permitted inside the tour locations.
The event will take place rain or shine, and in conjunction with Wander the Warehouse, Maumee Bay Brewing Company will host their Thrift and Sip event from noon to 4 p.m. at their warehouse, 201 Morris Street and along Morris Street.
Attendees can purchase a variety of beers while perusing a range of booths offering personalized crafts, antiques, vintage clothes, and more. Live music and food will be available for purchase. Free parking is available near the brewery.
