The Toledo Humane Society is seeking kennel sponsors. By sponsoring a kennel, participants can choose to support a cat, dog, puppy, kitten or even a pocket pet. As a thank you, the society will display a customized plaque on the sponsored kennel. Quarterly updates on the animals being helped will be sent to the sponsors.
A kennel also may be sponsored in the orphaned kitten nursery. Support will help provide these vulnerable kittens with specialized care, expert medical attention and a nurturing environment until they’re ready for foster homes or adoption.
With support, the organization cares for nearly 5,000 animals each year and achieves a 93 percent save rate. But they can’t do this without community support.
If a kennel sponsorship isn’t possible, a simple donation will help provide nourishing meals, warm beds and essential care for pets in need. Every dollar makes a difference, bringing the Humane Society one step closer to giving each animal a loving home.
