Congratulations to Sawyer Scott, Jada Townsend, Chase Young and Kora Hall for representing Springfield Middle School at the OMEA District One Honors Festival. On January 19, these students performed at the Stranahan Theatre with other young musicians from the northwest Ohio area. Sawyer, Jada and Chase performed with the honors choir, under the direction of Jennifer Call from the Cleveland Institute of Music. Kora performed with the honors band under the direction of Pam Klena from Oakland University.
These students are applauded for their commitment to music and representing the school with distinction. Congratulations on a job well done.
