Notre Dame Academy earns AP computer science award

Notre Dame Academy (NDA) reports they have earned the College Board AP Computer Science Female Diversity Award for achieving high female representation in AP Computer Science Principles.

This recognition underscore’s NDA’s commitment to ensuring access to 21st century knowledge and skills for their students. “Computer science is the source code of our economy and much of the career landscape,” said Andrea Zimmerman, principal. Fifty-three percent of the class of 2024 chose to pursue college majors in STEM and will play a role in driving innovation, creativity and representation across this industry.
