Kitten season is right around the corner, and it is one of the busiest times of the year at Toledo Humane Society. In 2024, they cared for more than 1,200 kittens under eight weeks old and they are preparing for even more this year.
THS is inviting everyone to attend a kitten shower on Saturday, March 22, from 4 to 7 p.m. Their goal is to ensure the kitten nursery is fully stocked with the essential supplies needed to care for orphaned kittens, as well as pregnant and nursing mothers.
Participant’s generosity will play a vital role in helping THS provide the care these kittens need to grow into healthy, happy companions.
For those who cannot attend, there are still ways to help the tiniest arrivals by shopping the Kitten Amazon Wishlist or making a monetary donation.
Every donation, big or small, helps prepare for the busy kitten season ahead.
