Coffee Quest 419 returns Saturday, March 15

The annual Coffee Quest 419 will return this year from March 15 to June 15. This year’s quest features 29 participating coffee shops, along with a brand-new theme: Sip, Savor, Send: A greeting from along your quest.

With new prizes and a fresh take on adventure, Coffee Quest 2025 offers coffee lovers an opportunity to explore local coffee spots, both familiar and new, while celebrating the vibrant culture and community of the Toledo region.

“We were amazed by the enthusiasm for Coffee Quest 419 last year,” said Caleigh Heuring, director of marketing and communications at Destination Toledo. “We’re thrilled to bring it back this spring, welcoming even more shops to the experience. There’s no better way to embrace warmer weather than by exploring Toledo’s coffee scene and supporting local businesses!”

Each year, Coffee Quest 419 debuts a unique theme. The 2025 theme is inspired by vintage postcards and stamps, capturing the essence of exploration, nostalgia and connection. This year’s colorful and distinctive artwork was created by local graphic designer Alyson Krajewski.

As in previous years, dedicated participants who visit 23 of the 29 coffee shops will earn an exclusive Coffee Quest 419 T-shirt, printed by sponsor Jupmode. Additionally, Destination Toledo has expanded prize opportunities, including a Coffee Quest 419 sticker for those who check in to three shops, a keychain for those who check in to 13 shops, and an entry to the grand prize drawing for those who check in to all 29 coffee shops. Three winners will be drawn for grand prize baskets.

Those looking to take an eco-friendly approach to the quest can also purchase a reusable Coffee Quest 419 travel mug at select participating locations. This year’s mugs were printed locally by Light-Beam Laser.

Participants can pre-register for their digital passport at VisitToledo.org/Coffee-Quest419. The passport, powered by Bandwango, will go live on March 15 and will allow coffee lovers to check in via unique QR codes at each location.
