Lourdes University will hold the 2025 Joseph M. Magliochetti Leadership Summit, which is scheduled to take place in the Franciscan Center, on Tuesday, April 15, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The summit is in honor of Joseph Magliochetti, former chairman and CEO of the Dana Corporation, whose family provided the Endowed Chair of Business and Finance for Lourdes University. This year’s summit brings together two leaders–Matt Kripke, CEO of Kripke Enterprises Inc., and Steve Taylor Jr., president of Taylor Automotive Family–for a conversation about the values, challenges and legacies that shape successful familyowned businesses. From succession planning and leadership transitions to balancing tradition and innovation, the speakers will share real-world insights on what it takes to lead with purpose and grow with intention.
All proceeds benefit the Endowed Chair of Business and Finance, which helps to provide a values-centered education to Lourdes University business majors.
