The Dorr Elementary stage came to life on the evening of May 7, as kindergarten students dazzled families and staff during their end-of-year concert. Under the direction of music teacher Jennifer Mercer, the young performers lit up the auditorium with their infectious energy, bright smiles and colorful costumes—capturing the hearts of everyone in attendance.
Themed around fruit, fun and friendship, the concert was a vibrant celebration of music and movement. Children sang with confidence, danced with joy and embraced their time in the spotlight— proving that even the smallest voices can leave the biggest impressions.
From watermelon slices and orange swirls to sparkly pink dresses and bold accessories, the visual creativity of the performance added to an evening filled with themed joy and fun.
Special thanks to Mercer for her leadership, to the kindergarten team for their behind- the-scenes support and to the Dorr community for showing up in full force to celebrate this milestone moment. This concert wasn’t just a performance— it was a memory in the making.
