The grand opening celebration of the Flourishing Wellspring Drop-In Center will be held Wednesday, October 1, at 9 a.m., at the Salvation Army, 620 North Erie Street, Toledo.
The center offers services to women involved in or at risk for human trafficking. The drop-in center will offer services such as meals, hot showers, art therapy, games, yoga, trauma informed support groups and on-site community resources.
The Salvation Army recognizes the person as a whole and strives to address individuals in a holistic manner: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. As it pertains to spirituality, counseling support will always be available, but never required for any service provided.
