Crafts for Christmas show set for November 29 and 30

The juried members of the Toledo Craftsman’s Guild will be sponsoring the 50th year anniversary of the Crafts for Christmas show in hall one at the Lucas County Recreation Center on Key Street, Maumee. This is one of the largest holiday craft shows of the season with free admission and plenty of free parking.

Show dates this year are Saturday, November 29, from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m., and Sunday, November 30, 11 a.m. until 4 p.m.

The guild brings to the area handmade crafts and holiday decorations. They have many new members with new and unique art and craft gifts. These are juried craftsmen and artists, with no imports.

There will be a large selection of holiday wreaths and seasonal decorations, jewelry, wooden toys, baskets, metal work, incense, soaps, lotions, decorative painting, fabrics of all kinds and more. Members of the guild also will fill special orders.

This show will be a Toys for Tots collection center. Refreshments will be available with a number of food trucks in front of the hall.
