Historic Landmarks Commission OKs demolition

Former Perrysburg resident Stephen Fowler is happy to have been given permission by the Historic Landmarks Commission to demolish the house at 111 East Second Street, which he co-owns with his brother Ryan.

The building at 111 East Second Street formerly housed House of Tradition gift shop.

“We are pleased with the approval for redevelopment of the commercial property we own,” said Mr. Fowler, who now lives in North Carolina. “Our proposed design mimics many of the features of the original, with minimal modifications for ADA compliance and modern efficiencies.”
