Former RHS assistant principal files lawsuit
Former Rossford High School assistant principal Pat Murtha filed an employment discrimination lawsuit against the Rossford school district, board of education and superintendent, asking for more than $1 million in damages.
The lawsuit was filed April 21 in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, in Toledo, and will be heard by Judge Jack Zouhary. Mr. Murtha is represented by the Barkan and Robon law firm of Maumee.
Mr. Murtha resigned last year due to alleged “conduct unbecoming to the teaching profession.”
