The Auxiliary to the Ability Center will hold its 38th annual style show, “Going Safari Style,” on Wednesday, October 4. The event will feature fashions from local designers and boutique vendors, raffle baskets, a silent auction and more. It will be held at the Pinnacle, 1772 Indian Wood Circle, Maumee.
Tickets cost $65 each, and proceeds will help benefit children and adults with disabilities.
Fashions will be presented by Chico’s, Hip to the Groove, J. Jill, Ragazza, Vivian Kate and Zina’s.
Doors open at 10 a.m. Lunch will be served at noon, with the style show beginning at 1 p.m. Emcee will be Sashem Brey.
New this year will be a cash raffle with a $1,000 grand prize, $500 second prize and $100 third prize. The drawing of the winners will be at the style show, but winners need not be present. Raffle tickets are available online or at the show.
