On December 1, a Wood County grand jury indicted an area resident.
Michelle A. Moore, 53, of Dorr Street, Toledo, was indicted on one count of possession of cocaine, a felony of the fifth degree, stemming from an incident that allegedly occurred May 30.
If convicted, she faces up to one year in prison and fines of $2,500.
Her case has been assigned to Wood County Common Pleas Judge Joel Kuhlman.
