BonSecours Mercy Health, the parent company of the various Mercy Health hospital locations in the Toledo area, was recently recognized as a 2023 Best Company for Multicultural Women by Seramount, which is a member of a research firm that works to advance diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.
The Seramount survey recognizes the top 80 companies that create and use the best practices in hiring, retaining and promoting multicultural women in the United States.
This is the third consecutive year that BSMH has appeared on the list.

The 2023 Best Companies for Multicultural Women employ more than 3.9 million people at 39,810 work sites in every state, across 16 different industries.
Mercy Health - Toledo is part of Bon Secours Mercy health, and locally serves 20 counties in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan.
