Crissey Elementary is delighted to have a school counselor intern for the second and third trimesters. School counselor interns are students who aspire to become a school counselor, and they are usually in the final year of their supervised instructional experience. Our school counselor intern is Mrs. Leeann Beach. She will be at Crissey Monday through Thursday, and working in the building alongside Crissey’s veteran school counselor, Mrs. Angie Reynolds.
We are very excited to have Mrs. Beach with us at Crissey Elementary. The following is a little information about Mrs. Beach.
Name: Leeann Beach, MA, LPC
Cooperating counselor: Mrs. Reynolds
Family information: I have been married to my husband, Kurt, for almost 10 years. We have two beautiful children, Mikayla (17) and Colton (6). We also have a sweet doggy, Remington, that we adore. We love to enjoy the outdoors, traveling to Myrtle Beach and spending time with our extended family.
Hometown: I am originally from Canton, Michigan, and moved to Ohio when I got married.
Favorite food: I adore Mexican food. There is this great family-owned restaurant in my hometown that is my favorite.
Favorite subject: I loved all the arts classes.
I also really enjoyed my classes in my master’s program as I became a counselor.
Favorite color: I love the colors of the sunrise over the ocean.
One of my favorite things to do is watch the sunrise when we are in Myrtle Beach.
Hobbies: I love to sing, make things and to learn new things.
I especially love doing those things with my family, who are my favorite humans on the planet.
