On June 23, Morgan Schumann was sworn in by Mayor Lee Irons as a new part-time police officer for the Village of Holland. Observing the proceedings is Police Chief Bob Reed.
A graduate of Anthony Wayne High School and the Owens Community College Police Academy, Officer Schumann also is employed part time for the Village of Whitehouse.
