On March 2, a Wood County grand jury indicted a Holland resident.
Todd Traver, 50, of Culley Road, was indicted on eight counts of theft of drugs, a fourth-degree felony, and two counts of tampering with drugs, felonies of the third degree.
The charges stem from incidents that allegedly occurred at Walgreens between January 17 and April 1, 2021. It involved the theft of oxycodone and hydrocodon, including allegedly repackaging dangerous drugs into another receptacle.
If convicted on all 10 counts, he faces up to 18 years in prison and fines of $60,000.
Wood County Common Pleas Judge Joel Kuhlman will hear the case.
