Holloway celebrates connections with ‘Lucky to be a Family’ event

Holloway Elementary was filled with joy, laughter and creativity on March 21, as families joined their children for the “Lucky to Be a Family” event. This special gathering, the third family event of the school year, brought students, parents and guardians together for a morning of hands-on activities, fun and quality time.

Families worked side by side with their children, creating crafts, playing math games, enjoying snacks and making lasting memories. Events like these highlight the sense of community at Holloway Elementary, reinforcing the importance of family engagement in learning.

A big thank you to Holloway Association of Parents for donating funds for raffle prizes to make this event possible, and parents’ generosity in donating cereals, cups, napkins and juice.

With one more family event planned for May, a year-end celebration, students look forward to closing out the school year with even more shared moments of joy.

Thank you to all who participated and made the event a memorable experience.
