Local residents indicted by grand jury

On September 6, the Wood County grand jury indicted the following individuals.

Landon D. Mantey, 22, 319 East Indiana Avenue, Maumee, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree; and one count of possession of L.S.D., a felony of the fourth degree.

If convicted on all charges, he could face more than 2 years in prison and fines up to $7,500.

Common Pleas Judge Joel Kuhlman will hear the case.

Jacob R. Gill, 23, 8260 Doyle Drive, Sylvania, was indicted on 13 counts of pandering osbcenity involving a minor or impaired person, felonies of the second degree.

If convicted on all charges, he could face 104 years in prison and fines of up to $195,000.

Common Pleas Judge Matthew Reger will hear the case.
