Residents of Crystal Ridge, Plat 1, Monclova, recently hosted their fourth annual community Christmas tree lighting and donation drive to benefit Hannah’s Socks, a community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people affected by homelessness, poverty and domestic abuse.

Welch Publishing Company, 130 Louisiana Avenue, Perrysburg, is a collection site for the organization.
Donations of new socks are accepted Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
