On September 27, the Ohio Auditor of State released fiscal year 2021 audit findings for the Lucas County 9-1-1 Regional Council of Governments.
The report included financial statements of the RCOG for last year and the period from May 4 to December 31, 2020.
It noted the financial impact of COVID-19 and continuing emergency measures “which may impact subsequent periods of the council.”
As part of the audit, tests were performed to determine if financial records were compliant with provisions of laws, regulations, contracts and grant agreements.
From those tests, the auditor’s office determined that there were “”no instances of noncompliance.”
