ProMedica, McLaren St. Luke’s reach settlement

On October 11, ProMedica and McLaren St. Luke’s reached a settlement on a lawsuit involving ProMedica ’s health insurance division, Paramount.

Additionally, for the betterment of health care in the community, the two are actively exploring opportunities to work collaboratively in a range of patient care areas. “We are happy to have resolved our dispute and look forward to further exploring and potentially expanding our relationship with McLaren St. Luke’s for the bettennent of patient care in our community,” said Randy Oostra, ProMedica CEO.
