ProMedica offers the following support groups in July.
The weight loss surgery support group will meet Monday, July 7. The group is designed for patients who have undergone weight loss surgery or for community members seeking more information about the procedure.
The group meets on the first Monday of every month at the ProMedica Health and Wellness Center, education conference rooms 1 and 2, 5700 Monroe Street, Sylvania, beginning at 6 p.m. No registration is required.
The stroke support group will meet Thursday, July 24, at the ProMedica Flower Hospital Conference Center, 5200 Harroun Road, Sylvania, beginning at 4:30 p.m.
The group will host a young stroke survivor speaker panel. Stroke survivors, caregivers and supporters are encouraged to attend. Registration is required. Send an email to Melinda.Hendricks-Jones@ProMedica.org for more information.
