The following vaccinations are required for students:
Kindergarten—completed series of Dtap, MMR, chickenpox, polio and hepatitis B
Seventh grade—Tdap booster and meningitis vaccination
12th grade—meningitis booster (must be administered on/after the student’s 16th birthday).
COVID-19 vaccinations —Students who have completed vaccination protocols will not be required to quarantine if experiencing no symptoms after being identified as in close contact to a positive case.
Families are asked to provide proof of vaccination to the nurse working at their child’s school.
